Will I learn how to resuscitate a child from this course?
Enhancing Pediatric First Aid Skills and Medical Understanding
The course teaches resuscitation techniques for infants and
children under the age of 12. Additionally, it enhances understanding of
individuals with chronic medical conditions like epilepsy, sickle cell disease,
and diabetes.

toddlers, such as teachers, babysitters, and others. Also, those expecting a
child soon and participants interested in acquiring skills to respond
appropriately to first aid emergencies involving infants or toddlers.
What will this course teach me?
The delegates will acquire knowledge regarding the anatomy
of children as well as the way in which techniques that are tailored to the age
group of children are delivered during first aid. During the training,
participants will learn how to respond to a variety of common injuries, such as
bleeding, burns, choking, fractures, bites, and stings. In addition, illnesses
such as asthma and seizures are discussed in this article.
